Cardio Tennis is a great fitness workout for the whole body; although you will be playing tennis, the main focus is getting a cardio workout.
- Tuesdays 1.30pm-2.15pm (Cardio + Tots’ Tennis*)
- Saturdays 1.30pm-2.15pm (Cardio)
*Tots Tennis coaching sessions are for children aged 3-4 years. Come along and bring the children for some tennis too!
